What an experience

Chef Justin treated us to an incredible four course meal of steak and lobster, cooked in our suite’s kitchen as we relaxed on the patio.

He also arrived with a huge bouquet of flowers, a playlist to set the mood as we ate, and provided a personal anecdote on every course he served our table. His lovely assistant refreshed our drinks all evening and we hadn’t even realized they’d already washed the dishes until they said goodbye!

An Evening Like No Other

Global Prestige created a magical night for my friends and family in Maui. Chef Justin and his assistant arrived with groceries and supplies at our villa around 5pm, needing me to do no more than to simply let them into the kitchen! As my husband, children, guests, and I sat on the patio and took in the sunset, they created an amazing four course meal. Each appetizer was presented beautifully, with a story about what inspired it. When they called us in front the patio for the main course, I was astounded – they’d transformed our table with a massive bouquet, candles, and placards. We ate and drank and chatted late into the night, all in the comfort of our own accommodations. A great alternative to a noisy restaurant!

Something extraordinary

As a local couple originally from Maui but now living on Oʻahu, coming home to celebrate our anniversary was already meaningful but Global Prestige Culinary Services turned it into something extraordinary.

We were looking for a private experience to honor our love and our roots, and what we received was so much more than we imagined. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and celebrated, not just as clients, but as a couple. That kind of intentional aloha means everything, especially to us as a gay couple returning to the island where our story began.

The setting was absolutely breathtaking — an intimate oceanfront table with the Maui sunset melting into the horizon, soft music playing, and every detail carefully prepared just for us. The seared miso-butter scallops over truffle risotto stole the show, but every course felt like a love letter to island flavors. The dessert — a molten lilikoi lava cake with our anniversary message written in chocolate — was the sweetest surprise, and brought us both to tears.

This wasn’t just a meal. It was a beautiful reminder of home, of love, and of how far we’ve come together. Global Prestige created an experience that honored who we are and where we’re from, and we’ll never forget it.
